At Creative Travel Services, we work with brands, designers, educators and creative professionals to transform ideas into exceptional travel experiences.
From the first concept through to guest arrival, we can manage every element of a project — developing the programme, sourcing accommodation and specialist suppliers, coordinating logistics, creating booking systems and dedicated websites, managing guests and delivering the experience on the ground.
Every project is different. Our role is to bring together the people, places and practical details needed to turn an ambitious idea into a seamless, memorable and professionally delivered experience.
Here are some of the projects we have helped bring to life.

Fashion Miniatures in Paris is an immersive eight-day couture experience bringing together fashion history, traditional garment construction and privileged access to Paris's extraordinary world of textiles and craftsmanship.
Conceived by haute couture embroiderer Rebecca Devaney with specialist tuition from historical costume and textile expert Jane Taylor-Bouvard, the programme was developed for an international audience passionate about couture, fashion history and exceptional craftsmanship.
Guests spend their mornings in a Parisian atelier learning traditional hand-sewing and historical construction techniques while creating a historically accurate half-scale gown inspired by Christian Dior's iconic 1950s New Look.
Beyond the atelier, the programme opens the doors to another side of Paris, with carefully curated visits to fashion museums, archives, independent ateliers, specialist textile suppliers and craftspeople whose skills continue the traditions of French haute couture.
Working with the project's creative partners to transform the original concept into a complete residential travel experience.
Sourcing and coordinating the Paris hotel, guest arrangements, local transport and the practical logistics surrounding the programme.
Managing relationships and arrangements with ateliers, museums, specialist venues and experience providers across Paris.
Developing the operational structure, pricing and systems required to take the experience from concept to market.
Managing applications, reservations, payments and pre-departure communications with an international guest audience.
Creating the customer journey and infrastructure required to present the experience, communicate its programme and manage enquiries.
